Hi peeps!
I'm soo sorry that I haven't post yesterday! I had a busy day and I forgot to do it. When I arrived at my appartement after school I remembered it, but I felt l;azy and the school's librairy was about to close. I'll still post the 2 different picutres of nailpolish I have, yesterday and today.
Here is Yesterday's (day 14):
Vixen - Revlon
This a really pretty color (don't I say that about every color?). It is a very dark cream red with a borownish undertone. It is perfect for fall and winter, but it can be a very classy color all year round. It can honestly say it almost the kind of color that is a staple in a nailpolish collection. It think it was opaque in 2 coats, but I did three because I wasn't careful with the application and I was not sure about how it looked. The brush is very thin, making the application harder, I don't like it. If you're better than me at this, you can get away with only two coats. You can't see the picture well, because my lightning suckes, but here a better shot of the polish:
Here's the picture from today (day 15) :
Gum Drop - Revlon Scented Polishes
This a very special polish for the only reason that it's scented. The color isn't terribly unique. It's a pretty soft lilac-lanvender in a cream finish. The application needed three coats has it's a very sheer color. Also there's the problem of the revlon brushes, just look at the previous polish review in this post. Now, on to the scent. It smells like the name, bubblegum, very sweet and candy-like. The smell is quite strong, but it can bother some people. Of course to smell it, you don't put on a top coat, but if you don't like the smell, you can put one. From what I remember from last time I wore it, it smell up to two full days. Two days that you will constantly wants to smel your nails!
I just realized that both polishes in this post are from Revlon! Coincidence? Well, I like their nailpolish and I have a few of them in my collection That might have happened anyway. I hope that it won't happen again that I'll miss a day of bloging. Atleast, I can swear I haven't missed a day of painting my nails!
See you next post!
